The series was about the unprecedented rise of Teal Swan, a YouTuber, book author, and painter who received much criticism for her “unsubstantiated” teachings. Jared Dobson is said to have been raised LDS and served an LDS mission. He later married and divorced, committed suicide, and began searching for answers. However, the relationship eventually began to deteriorate, and Jared was instead “kicked out” of the commune. For example, this person led him to want to gather a group of people that he could manipulate and control before these changes “came right in his face.” According to this person, Jared’s behavior towards everyone (including Cameron) was extremely unfair, cruel, manipulative and just plain creepy. Another person named Justin also testified that he sensed Jared’s less than inspired intentions.
Now, speaking of their relationship since 2022, it was not made clear if they started dating again.
As for Teal, since his unprecedented rise and fall to fame and becoming the subject of a new Hulu documentary, he has yet to be seen publicly with potential partners.
