Jeffery reportedly launched the ChocoKoo Cooking Studio in May 2015 “to offer a taste of the best confections from his award-winning team.” Her studio was the first chocolate confectionery art gallery in Hong Kong to offer a chocolate cookery school, a working chocolate studio, and a shop where you can buy all your ingredients at Chai Wan.
