British actor Kit Harington and his wife Rose Leslie have revealed that they are expecting their second child together. During an appearance on The Jimmy Falon Show on February 3, the 36-year-old celebrity announced that his son was “going to have the shock of his life”.
He declared:
“Which means they’re going to have siblings.”
Harington and Leslie had a two-year-old son. Kit Harington then supplemented his remarks by mentioning how his mentality changed as the couple were expecting their first child.
He declared:
“I’m scared to death. For nine months, you feel like you’re walking on clouds and dancing in a field of daisies – at least that guy felt it. But the reality check this time around was much shorter. “You quickly become realistic.”

Kit Harington and Rose Leslie were friends long before they starred in HBO’s Game of Thrones. In October 2011, they began filming the second season of the series, in which he played Jon Snow and she played Ygritte.
In an interview with People Magazine, Rose said:
“We knew each other before we started working on Game of Thrones. Working opposite him was always a pleasure, and it’s good that we get along well in real life because it makes our roles believable. more reliable.”
According to Harington, the pair fell in love while filming season two of Game of Thrones in Iceland.
He say, “
“We spent three weeks in Iceland filming the second season. Because of the beautiful scenery, the aurora borealis was awe-inspiring and I fell in love there. It’s easy to fall in love if you’re already attracted to someone and they show your love in the show.”
When they were spotted dining together in London in August 2012, the couple confirmed their relationship. They broke up briefly a year later, but got back together within three months of their breakup.
A source later reported to Us Magazine:
“Right now it’s unofficial and they’re having a good time. They haven’t lived together or done anything else yet.”

After living together for almost a year, the couple confirmed their engagement in September 2017. They married in June 2018 at Kirkton of Rayne Church in Scotland, attended by their Game of Thrones co-stars. Peter Dinklage, Sophie Turner, Maisie Williams and Emilia Clarke. After announcing their pregnancy last September, the couple became parents to a son in February 2021.
