Lija Catherine Thomas’s birth name is William “Will” Thomas. During her conversation with her parents, Lia went through a list of possible names for her. However, none of the names caught the spirit, as Sports Illustrated says. She first came up with her name “Lia” from her by Wil “Lia” she liked.
She chose the middle name “Catherine” because it was her mother’s maiden name. She said YEAH“That meant a lot to me.”
Also, Lia started using her name on New Years 2020. She told him YEAH“It is a turning point in a very long transition process where you feel that I am this and I am going to live this.
