Louis-Gryffindor
Fierce and independent, the Wilkerson Lois matriarch is one of the largest Karen families on television. Her arrogance and outspokenness sometimes put her family to shame. In many cases, however, it allows her to uphold justice, such as when she defies Reese’s teacher, who wants to get rid of him by transferring him to a dumb class, and when she helps all the staff stay calm during an armed robbery at a Lucky Helper supermarket.
Louis will thrive in Gryffindor, for his courage and willingness to speak his mind are typical traits of other members of the Red and Yellow House. She also had a difficult childhood, raised by controlling and unkind parents like Harry Potter’s Uncle Dursley. Luis’ strong confidence can be an asset if leveraged.
Malcolm-Ravenclaw
Malcolm was the least impulsive and most erudite of the Wilkerson boys (and the whole family). He was a studious nerd, very intelligent, transferred to the genius class, and then admitted to Harvard University. According to reports, his IQ is as high as 165, which is extremely high.
Malcolm spends most of his time alone and is teased at school. At one point he was even ostracized by his brothers Reese and Dewey. However, he does have a group of like-minded and famous friends, like Cho Chang and several other famous, less eccentric Ravenclaw. Despite a lot of pressure from his parents—who wanted him to be president of the United States—that ultimately prompted him to go to Harvard instead of immediately accepting a well-paying (but tedious) job.
Hal Hufflepuff
Hal, like his sons, is quite immature, loves to have fun and is absorbed in projects. Although he did not have a particularly successful career, he has devoted a lot of energy to a number of causes that he considers very important. For example, in “About Halloween,” when a speeding sports car drove through their neighborhood, Hal stayed on guard all night trying to catch the culprit. When his supervision failed, he decided to mix his own cement and build a speed bump.
Despite being obsessed with petty annoyances, Hal is an easy-going and kind person. He is also loyal; he married Louis against his family’s wishes. And “Francis on the run.” He secretly drives Francis back to the school so Louis doesn’t find out he’s absconded.
Rhys- Slytherin
In addition to Louis, Reese was the family’s main tormentor. He punches himself in the face to look like he was beaten by Malcolm, completely disregards authority and actively confronts his parents and teachers. He is also the most impulsive of the boys. When he said to Malcolm, “You know, I don’t think it through.”
Considering his occasional redeeming attributes, Reese is ultimately a bully, and it might not be hard for viewers to imagine him in a green and black cape, alongside his notorious Slytherin students Malfoy, Crabbe, and Goyle. Reese is impulsive, lacks empathy and likes to break things. While these features aren’t emblematic of Slytherin in general, they certainly fit this house better than any other.
Dewey – Ravenclaw
Dewey was the least hostile and worst-behaved of the Wilkerson boys. As the youngest son (that is, until Jamie was born), Dewey was happy to get lost in his own little world, such as his wandering and chasing a red balloon for hours. Luna Lovegood, Ravenclaw’s colleague, also Harry PotterThe best are definitely like-minded people.
Dewey often exhibits erratic and unrealistic behavior, such as hearing voices in his head while feeding Craig’s cat. However, he is also very creative, which is reflected in his mastery of piano playing and the vast LEGO cities he builds. This introversion and intelligence allowed Dewey to mingle with some of the other eccentric and famous Ravenclaw students.
Stevie – Ravenclaw
Malcolm’s best friend, Stevie Keanaban, is as smart as his friend and classmate of the talented “Krelboyne”. His parents were conservative and authoritarian, and the family took academic achievement very seriously, which many Ravenclaw students value. Steve was humble and quiet, but he was considered eccentric by his colleagues due to his severe asthma that forced him to take a deep breath every few words. He will definitely feel most comfortable staying in a blue and bronze house.
Francis Gryffindor
When Hal and Louise’s eldest son Francis returns home, he is the leader of a coalition of brothers and sisters that opposes their mother and encourages them to disobey her orders. He’s not particularly well-educated or hard-working, but brave and resourceful, spearheading most of their mischief, such as their Halloween slingshot machine hurling various substances at unsuspecting passersby.
Francis’ leadership skills, willingness to challenge authority (including his parents and military school commander), loyalty and protection of his siblings mean he’ll likely do well in Gryffindor.
Craig Feldspar – Slytherin
Craig is Louis’ annoying and intimidating colleague at Lucky Helper. He has a very paranoid personality, as shown by his crush on Louis. He keeps realistic photos of her and keeps a small doll of the two of them in a box under the bed. He works his way into the family business and has some weird hobbies like comics and D&D.
Craig will have a hard time getting into a house, as he has few worthwhile qualities and is unlikely to do well at Hogwarts. While he can sometimes show the sweet side behind his intimidating looks, it’s his deception behind Louise’s back, combined with his obsessive nature, that makes him the closest person to Slytherin.
Piama – Ravenclaw
Francis’ wife, Piama, is (usually) an ordinary lighthouse and buffer between Francis and his mother, who just don’t seem to get along. She is more thoughtful than the rest of the Wilkerson family and is the voice of reason. When she was first introduced, she clashed with Louise, but as her personality developed, it became clear that she was much smarter and more measured than her husband.
Like other Ravenclaw students isolated because of their differences, Piama faces prejudice because of her appearance and Native Alaskan roots, including by Lois’ mother Ada and a racist reporter. She doesn’t let this overwhelm her and never backs down from a fight. Her temper may not be typical of Ravenclaw, but ultimately her intelligence and thoughtful approach to decision-making mean she is best suited to fight alongside Professors Trelawney and Flitwick.
Lionel Huckabey – Slytherin
The teacher of Malcolm’s gifted class is a ruthless man. He has absolute control over his students, which he demonstrates when he builds a system that ranks students’ intelligence and pits them against each other. His teaching method is unlike that of Professor Snape – he was even bullied like Snape as a child – and his impressive academic record is testament to his ambition. All of which means that he would definitely be a great fit for Slytherin.
