A man felt ‘disgusted’ after taking a sip of what he believed to be milkshake but turned out to be urine. According to reports, it happened when a man ordered food through Grubhub and the company’s driver mistakenly delivered the wrong cup.

Caleb Wood of Utah ordered fries and a milkshake from Chick-fil-A using the Grubhub app, reports Fox 59. “When I started eating my meal after delivery, I put a straw in my cup that was delivered and took a sip. I soon discovered that the cup delivered to me by the Grubhub driver was a warm cup of urine,” he told the outlet.
As a next move, Wood immediately called the driver and informed him of the mistake. The driver returned to meet Wood and cleared up the confusion.
The driver told Wood that he often defecates in Styrofoam cups that he keeps in the car while working long hours. While delivering Wood’s order, he accidentally grabbed the wrong cup and ended up giving it to him instead of a milkshake.
How did Grubhub respond?
When Wood approached the company, they initially refunded him $18 for his $25 order. However, they later issued a statement addressing the incident.
“We immediately acted with the driver and terminated his contract with us. We are following up with the customer to apologize and are coaching the representative who was previously in contact with the customer,” the company said in a statement.
