In the month of March, the visibility of the epidemic in the press continued to grow until it reached its peak on March 20, four days after the announcement of the containment, with more than 19,000 citations recorded in one day, according to Tagaday (ex-Press’edd). “About two articles on that topic on the production set of journalistic French (print, web and editorial): an absolute record,” noted the authors of the study.
