Television personality and journalist Lynette Romero is married to her husband David Angulo. The married couple met in January 1994 while attending a five-week Spanish study program at the University of Guadalajara. This was how their lifelong partnership and successful marriage began.

The bridesmaid was Lynette’s mother, who is also her best friend, and she led the bride down the aisle. The debut was a great success. The launch of the Huntington Beach branch was described as a “very important day” for the family of Lynette Romero. In 2019, Great Taste reported that franchisees were exploring properties in Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, and other Orange County cities to continue making Jimboy’s Tacos more accessible to Southern Californians.
