She added: “He will be sharing his secret to making great sourdough bread that can be made for a penny instead of £5 a loaf in stores. He hopes to inspire more local people to take up this hobby.”

As organizers, we are pleased to say that our hard work paid off, with 97% of those surveyed saying they enjoyed the event and would return in 2012.”
