Chris Albert is the eldest son of his father Antonio Abad Santos and his mother Wanda Louwallien. During an interview with LIFESTYLE.INQ, he talked about his father and being a daddy’s girl. She shared with the medium: “I am my father’s great love and I am proud to be from the Abad Santos clan. My father Antonio is a businessman and he is my knight in shining armor”.

Chris’s mother, Wanda, is a model and choreographer. Her mother brought young Albert to her shows, exposing her daughter to a fascinating and tangible world of fabrics, colors, textures and compositions.
In September 2010, an interview with PhilStar GLOBAL, Wanda revealed that she is the daughter of a famous mother. She said: “I watched her when she was still a model at the Hyatt. I was about eight years old then and I looked at her and applauded because she was my mom. But it was different when she started hosting shows. She did night shows at the Maynila Hall of the Manila Hotel and she brought me every day and I had lunch there – I think she was about 12 years old – and she talked to me about how models should behave and all that. “
Cris grew up realizing that she shouldn’t be a runway model. She preferred to do commercials, TV commercials or print ads because her strict mother wanted modeling to be just a hobby and not a career because it didn’t last long.

With her husband, she had two children named Carlo and Isabela. She told the newspaper: “I am obsessed with my son’s education.”
Cris’s husband, Butch, is a businessman. He is also a polo player in 2006. Cris’s company has sponsored polo for more than 20 years. He told Tatler Asia: “Cris and I watch the games a lot. I found it very interesting and challenging and finally decided to try playing it; I was hooked immediately.”
