Helen “Bootsie” Cordray is the mother of Michael Cordray. Helen was born to Theresa Reynes and Johnny Jack Nounes. She was one of three children born to her parents. She had two brothers; John Louis Nounes and Louis John “Honey” Nounes (deceased).
Theresa, Helen’s mother, remarried to Henry Reynes of New Orleans, five years after the death of Helen’s father, Johnny.
