But when the show ended, he went to a medical center so he could donate blood for a good cause.

Lying on a bed, still wearing the clothes she wore on the show, Naga spoke to her fans about the process while attached to a machine that drew her blood.

She said: “I just did my breakfast shift and just took a bite to give some blood, it will be over in about 15 to 20 minutes.”

“I feel good, but what I feel the most is that I hope it saves someone’s life.”

Captioning the video, she wrote: “Morning! @bbcbreakfast job done.

“Now I’m giving a little bit of myself to brighten someone’s day in the future.”

Naga was immediately overwhelmed with the responses from her fans, writing, “Thank you as well as everyone else who donates blood. I needed 5 units in 2015 and might not be here without the people who donated that blood. Forever grateful.”

Another added: “Good job Naga and I hope seeing this convinces others to do the same.”

A third joked: “You even manage to look pretty giving blood.”

Hours after the donation, Naga was clearly feeling good as she shared a snapshot of an espresso martini cocktail on Twitter.

Above, she wrote: “Out with my business friends, And starting with the most beautiful espresso martini I’ve ever seen!”

One fan responded, “Remember, not too much if you’re up early tomorrow!”

Another added: “Looks delicious Naga, see you in the morning.”
