Naira Marley’s administration took to her official Instagram page to reveal the real reason the singer is still in custody.
This comes after unconfirmed reviews mentioned that it will be released because no Lagos State Officials Stage 10 and above with land holdings have agreed to stand as collateral for it, as a result of its alleged legal record.
According to a post on their Instagram, they are ready for the EFCC to verify the contract with the guarantors and for the courtroom to give the signal.
Kemi Olunloyo further explained why it was not released.
Recall that the EFCC introduced that the evidence was overwhelming.
He was arrested for alleged web fraud, along with Zlatan Ibile, Rahman Jaga and five others who were granted bail.
