Lea Michele, a new mother, enjoys the happiness of the baby.
Since giving birth to her son last August, the 34-year-old actress has been adjusting to her new role as a mother. In fact, Michele has had so much fun in the last six months that she decided to give Us Weekly an exclusive inside look at what a normal day in her life looks like.
When the child is not sleeping, the Glee student likes to spend as much time as possible with him. One of her favorite ways to do this is to participate in mommy and me yoga and light walks around her neighborhood.
Staying active has always been an essential part of Michele’s lifestyle, years before she became a mother.
“I love any training that not only takes good care of my own body from the physical aspect, but can also be mental [beneficial] too,” the singer told us in 2018, noting that her favorite classes included CorePower Yoga and SoulCycle.
Michele added that she loved hiking with her now-husband Zandy Reich. “He’s a great sparring partner,” she said. “We have a lot of trails here on the West Coast, so I like to be outside and exercise outside.”
While working out twice a week helped keep her in shape, a healthy diet was just as critical. “Everything I put into my body nourishes and feeds it,” he advised us at the time in 2018. “I’ve always felt that food is fuel, so what you eat will help your body. So, don’t eat fast food, don’t I eat processed food. I only keep fresh, healthy foods in my house so I can feel my best.”

8 am Michele usually starts the morning in the kitchen by making a healthy smoothie. Some of her favorite ingredients include antioxidant-rich berries and fiber-rich vegetables and apples.
9:30 am As her 6-month-old grows, the celeb enjoys some quiet time all to herself.
11:00 am A yogi shares her love of exercise with her little one.
5:30 PM Towards the end of the afternoon, Michele finds time to fold the endless pile of clothes for her baby. “These socks are adorable!” She says. “I wish they would stay this small forever!”
