Nick Wehby first saw the love of his life, Sydney Lotuaco, on The Bachelor and right after their engagement, he went into his DMs. For just a few days, the two had long Facetime conversations and established a strong bond until the start of the coronavirus pandemic.
Finally, in August 2020, Sydney booked a ticket to meet Nick in Cincinnati. With just one look, the couple knew they shared something “really special”, and Sydney decided to take their relationship “to the next level” and moved in with Nick “on a whim”.
More than a year later, the doves in love got engaged and were ready to take each other as life partners. Sharing the happiness via IG, Nick wrote, “Thank you for waking up every day and loving me the way you found me. I really don’t deserve you and I’m so relieved you didn’t realize it before I got down on one knee.”
He also thanked “Tacora” for helping him choose an amazing ring.
According to Sydney, there were “a lot of factors” that made them a great couple. “We met in a very unrealistic way, but we just stuck and made it work,” she added. It seems that both couples did their best and that the other respected and appreciated their efforts.
Nick is Sydney’s “ideal guy”. He always wanted a life where he laughs a lot and has fun with his partner. “I have it with Nick,” he said. Also, Nick’s amazing sense of humor and his hard-working, family-oriented personality were what really touched Sydney.

Nick Wehby comes from a family of five. He is the middle child born to his parents Fred and Linda Wehby.
Speaking a bit about her mother, Linda is a ingénue from Fairfield, Ohio, who has beaten cancer twice. Nick said that she is a champion, one of the top 3 grandmas in the game and constantly the most supportive of hers.
Also, Nick’s mother was the one who first introduced him to Neženja and has been his fan ever since.
