Niesha Trout has been identified as one of disgraced actor Danny Masterson’s victims. Disgraced actor Danny Masterson was indicted on three counts of rape in June 2020. He was arrested on June 17, 2020 on charges of violently raping three women between 2001 and 2003. After posting $3.3 million bail, the actor eventually freed.

Danny then took her to his jacuzzi where he “ordered me into the jacuzzi.” ‘He said, “Take your clothes off now… take them off… take them off. If you don’t want to, I will. I’ll take you off right now.”
Neisha – who said she started to feel ‘fuzzy’ – continued: “I was scared so I didn’t try to fight. But I told him no, I don’t want to take off my clothes. I was trying to obey him and part of my clothes fell off…I think I still had my underwear and camisole on….I got into the jacuzzi and we kissed, kissed. But at that point I was out of it.”
She described him as a drill sergeant and continued to listen to him. Eventually he crossed the line and hit her.
According to Variety, the actor was found guilty on May 31, 2023 of two counts of involuntary rape. According to the source, “the jury was unable to reach a verdict on the third count of rape, ending with an 8-4 vote. beliefs.” Masterson was taken into custody pending trial and immediately handcuffed.
“I am experiencing a complex range of emotions — relief, exhaustion, strength, sadness — knowing that my abuser, Danny Masterson, will face accountability for his criminal behavior,” Niesha said in a statement about Masterson’s conviction ( per The New York Times).
Masterson was sentenced to 30 years in prison in 2023 after being found guilty of two counts of rape. “MR. Masterson, you are not the victim here,” the judge said, according to AP News. “Your actions 20 years ago took away another person’s choice and voice. Your actions 20 years ago today were criminal and that’s why you’re here.”
“When you raped me, you stole from me,” Neisha said in her statement to the judge at the sentencing. “That’s what rape is, stealing the spirit.”
Her attorney, Allison Anderson, told Variety: “Niesha and Chrissie have shown tremendous strength and courage by surrendering to the police and directly participating in two grueling criminal trials. Despite persistent harassment, obstruction and intimidation, these brave women have helped bring the merciless sexual predator to justice today, and they’re not stopping there. They are eager to soon tell the fuller story of how Scientology and its enablers tried desperately to prevent them from coming forward.”
In June 2023, Neisha shared on IG that she was grateful to Voices in Action in a lengthy post for their support throughout the process.
Five years later, Neisha ran into Danny at an event and said hi. “He stared at me with a deathly look. He looked like he wanted to kill me.”
