A survivor in her real life, Noelle joined the cast. Survivors 43 which aired on September 21, 2022. She and her 17 castaways were washed up on the Mamanuca Islands off the coast of Fiji. Season of the Survivors begins with three tribes; Baka (yellow), Coco (blue) and Vesi (red) with six players each.
Noelle, a member of the Vesi tribe, was a tri-sport athlete (lacrosse, basketball, and soccer). However, she was left without one leg above the knee. Born in Manchester, New Hampshire, he becomes the first above-knee amputee to compete among 646 competitors over a 22-year period. Below-knee amputees made up two previous competitors.

Speaking about her proudest moment, she told Parade.com: “After I had my leg amputated in 2016, I never let it define me. I played Division 1 lacrosse again, and in just two years, I made the Tokyo Paralympic Track and Field team and set a new American record in the 100m dash.”
She adds that people don’t see her athleticism, but feel sorry for her. They doubt her abilities, which is a big mistake.
Additionally, she was interviewed by the Boston Globe and shared in a phone interview, “I wanted to represent the amputee and disability community in a really positive way. I wanted to show the world that yes, I have a disability, yes, I am an amputee, but that doesn’t mean I’m incapable of doing things.”
Noelle also added that she would love to play the game as former contestant Kelley Wentworth, who found hidden immunity idols and created blind spots to advance through the game. She believes that she can be the winner because she makes friends easily, which comes in handy during this competition.

Noelle concluded, “And I’m the first above-knee amputee to play the game. survived. So to have that title is incredibly special to me. Because I don’t just play for myself, I also play for them to show them that I can do anything they can imagine.”

The Noelle Lambert Story
According to Teen Vogue, Noelle Lambert and her friend Kelly Moran from Newfields decided to take a trip to Martha’s Vineyard, an idyllic resort near Cape Cod. They rented mopeds with which they had little experience. She had an accident that she described as a teenager.
In his essay, he wrote: “I was on the main road and lost the wheel. I turned left and got into the garbage truck. I remember hitting him and then, on the ground, I looked at my leg and it was gone. Obviously, lacrosse was one of the first things I thought about, that I might never play again.”
Noelle then apparently allowed the moped’s front tire to skid on the pavement and, in an attempt to correct trajectory, drifted too far in the opposite direction. She lost control and the two crashed into the side of a passing dump truck.
Noelle survived the accident but lost her leg.
Noelle was already a very talented athlete before the accident, playing Division I lacrosse on scholarship at UMass Lowell. But her accident and her subsequent rehabilitation gave her the strength she needed to succeed in Survivor. Noelle asked if she was still on the team as soon as her coach came to see her at the hospital.
She eventually became one of the best players on the team when she made a full recovery, underwent rehabilitation, and mastered the use of a prosthetic limb.
