Optical Illusion: There is a live woman hidden in this artwork – but can YOU spot her?

At first, this artwork looks like a whimsical pattern inspired by a herd of zebras.

But if you look closely, this stunning image composed of black and white lines and spots hides a living woman.

How fast did you locate her?

If you thought you got it too fast, think again.

Even if you know how to look for it, optical 3D tricks in other parts of the puzzle can trick the viewer into thinking they’re in a completely different position than they really are.

So, a bigger woman; what you think you see is not really there.

An ingenious artwork by Japanese artist Shigeki Matsuyama was inspired by World War II camouflage and is on display at the Fashion and Art Exhibition in Tokyo.

Called Narcissism: The Dazzling Room, it hides the outline of a woman through clever use of lines and shapes.

The patterns in the art installation cover the entire room and hide a real woman, a model named Freebee, who wears glasses and holds up her smartphone to take a selfie.

Did you find her right away?

The optical illusion is the latest work to confuse netizens.

Some of the other weird musings over the past few months include some NSFW photos that make you think something really raunchy is going on, when it’s not.

Others include a smartphone hidden in a rug and an owl hidden in an image of some branches.
