GATE 2024 Registration
GATE 2024 Registration: The Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru (IISc) will start the registrations for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, GATE 2024 tomorrow: 30 August 2023. Eligible candidates must register on the official website: gate2024.iisc .ac.in after the connection is activated.
According to the official schedule, candidates can apply till September 29, 2023 without late fee. You can apply until October 13, 2023 with the payment of an additional registration fee. GATE 2024 exam will be held on 3rd, 4th, 10th and 11th February. Candidates can check the complete schedule from the official website.

Who can apply for GATE 2024?
Interested candidates must check the eligibility requirements before applying for the exam:
- A candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Commerce, Science, Arts or Humanities to be eligible for GATE 2024.
- Those attending the third or higher year of study are also eligible to take the exam. Candidates must ensure that their certificate is approved by MoE, AICTE, UGC and UPSC as equivalent to BE, BTech, B.Planning or BArch.
What is the application fee for GATE 2024?
Candidates belonging to SC/ST or PwD category have to pay Rs 900 as application fee. If they apply within the extended period, the fee is increased by Rs.500. Remaining candidates including foreign nationals have to pay Rs 1400 as registration fee and additional Rs 500 in case of late fee.
