Robert Beer has been building houses his entire life. He first started working in construction for his family business, Birchwood Development, which has been building homes for more than half a century.
The family business was founded in 1946 and has built tens of thousands of homes on Long Island. In 2007, Birchwood was sold to Kimco, and Robert was finally able to strike out on his own and founded BuiltBybeer.
Since then, his company has completed dozens of new homes along with several commercial renovations. “Built By Beer is truly the ‘Master Builder’ of today. We have produced the most elegant and well-built residences on Long Island’s East End and Gold Coast,” they wrote.
