The preliminary investigation was opened by the public prosecutor of the Interregional Specialized Court (Jirs) in Marseille for bribery and misuse of public goods.

Robert Ménard condemns “false accusations”
“The only building the group ever realized in Béziers was the Polygon building. For its part, the Socri Reim group also “rejects all accusations”. “And in Béziers, as elsewhere, all the company’s operations have been, are and will be conducted in a transparent manner, with the highest standards of integrity and ethics,” said the company managed by Nicolas Chambon.
