The first image shows Ritika and Rohit’s daughter Samaira Sharma wearing a Team India cheerleader jersey while holding a bag of candy in the shape of a Halloween pumpkin ghost skull. The caption accompanying the image playfully exclaims, “Look who Rohit Sharma was for Halloween.”
The next picture shows the diminutive with his back to the camera, proudly waving the number “45” and “Rohit” emblazoned on his jersey.
Halloween is celebrated every year on October 31. The day before Halloween is called Halloween, which later became known as Hallowe’en. This festival has its roots in the ancient Celtic celebration of Samhain, originally a harvest festival. It was believed that during this time the line between the world of the living and the world of the dead would blur, allowing the spirits of the departed to visit their loved ones.
