William Flack and Dorothy Jackson welcomed Rory Flack into the world on April 28, 1969 in Belleville, Illinois. She is a professional African-American figure skater and former competitor. Rory herself grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, moved to San Diego, California, where she lived until she was 21, and then she spent 15 years in Wasilla, Alaska.
