Ryanair shares savage reply to customer’s complaint tweet

Many people are turning to social media as a platform to air their grievances with companies. A passenger who flew with Ryanair also took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to share the complaint, but the response he received from the airline left many people torn.

User X, who goes by the name @ToldYouThusly, wrote: “@Ryanair next time I’ll bring my own stairs.” Along with the tweet, he also shared a picture of the plane and stairs attached to it for people to board. Shortly after this post was shared, Ryanair took notice and responded by writing: “Bring your own plane next time.”

Ryanair shared the tweet on October 11. Since its release, it has gone viral with over 24.6 million views. Share and many likes and comments. Many took to the comments section of the post to share how ridiculous they found the airline’s response.
