Love is blind is returning for season 5, and Taylor Rue is one of the cast members. Taylor, who has been single for four years, says she is “so tired of dating based on looks” and has just been looking for a soulmate.
Taylor is very focused on finding her future husband in the pods. She asks him to be completely honest, as well as to be at least a little taller than her. Since her previous partners weren’t exactly faithful, lying is her ultimate deal breaker. Christmas is her favorite season, so if she gets out of the experiment with the ring, she can’t wait to decorate the house with her new love.

I really am the luckiest girl. Jay has stood by me and loved me through so much, including cancer, chemo, 7 horrible surgeries. He held my hand through the pain of the death of my mother, grandfather and stepfather. He loves my daughters as if they were his own. On her mom’s birthday in April 2023, Taylor wished her mom: “Happy birthday to the sweetest, strongest, funniest, hardest working mom in the world! my best girl!!!! I love you more than you could ever imagine Kimberly Williams Schimming.”
Kimberly is currently battling cancer. In March 2022, Taylor said: “Strongest woman I know!! my sweet mom is having surgery on monday!! Keep her in your prayers. Our God is good! You have this mom!.”
Kimberly worked as an emergency room nurse in the Emergency Room.
When Taylor turned 20 in 2017, Kimberly wished her: “Today my compassionate, kind-hearted, sweet, loving baby turns 20!!! Taylor Rue, I am so proud of you and honored to be your mother! Happy Birthday Beauty.”
