Since this build is designed to work best at medium to close range, we suggest using a recoil booster muzzle, which offers a higher rate of fire. This will allow you to compete at less than 25 meters, especially if you’re up against players who use time-to-quickest-kill (TTK) weapons. After that, use the 538mm Maes Kort gun for better ADS, walk speed, and rate of fire. This way you will stay light.

We recommend the Desmet AD Flashlight Laser for better recoil control and recoil recovery, helping you secure mid-range kills more easily. Next, the Slate Reflector Optic is a great choice, offering a clean view without compromising ADS speeds. You won’t need a huge zoom because you’ll only be challenging enemies at medium range.
After that, go for the removed stock, which offers improved movement speed, run speed to shoot, walk speed to aim, and faster ADS times, allowing you to compete near mid-range. For this build, we recommend using round 7.625x54mmR 50 frames for better bullet velocity and increased hull damage, making it easier to secure those mid-range kills. Similarly, we always recommend using extended ammo for even better bullet speed.
As far as grip options, it’s better to go with the Grooved Grip. This is a great option, as it improves walking speed in the scope and offers better horizontal recoil control, improved movement speed when firing ADS, and overall stability when aiming. Next, it’s best to use the Tight Grip Perk, which improves accuracy and recoil during continuous fire. For more help with ADS timings, we recommend using the On-Hand Perk 2.

You’ll want to pick perks that align with your playstyle, but for the most part, our list remains the same. Go with Quick Fix to trigger instant health regeneration when you secure a kill or don an armor plate. We also recommend Tempered, which allows you to achieve maximum armor with just two plates instead of three (also your plates last longer). You can also use Overkill to carry a sniper, but we generally recommend getting another loadout so you don’t waste a Perk slot. Finally, it’s best to use Amped for Perk slot 3 as it allows you to switch weapons faster. This is significant when using the sniper rifle as a second weapon.

Which gear you bring comes down to your personal preference, but there are a few options you’ll want to consider. Semtex Grenades are definitely a great option for clearing out a room, while Throwing Knives work well for instantly finishing off a downed enemy. In terms of tactical gear, Stims are usually the best option, as they trigger health regeneration immediately, even with gas.
