Tiffany Seeley was the ex-wife of NFL star Ryan Mallett, who has passed away.
Ryan was named as the victim in a statement released by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office in connection with an “apparent drowning” that occurred Tuesday near Destin, Florida.
“We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends and loved ones on his tragic death,” the sheriff’s office said in a statement on Facebook. “The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a suspected drowning that claimed the life of a tourist in the Gulf of Mexico this afternoon.”
At around 2:12 p.m. local time, emergency personnel were called to a beach in Destin, Florida, where several people were “reportedly struggling to get back to shore.” Ryan was “not breathing when he was pulled” from the water and “lifesaving steps were taken immediately.”
Ryan was pronounced dead as he was being transported from the beach to the hospital, the statement added.

I tried to force myself to be happy where I was, to force someone else to show me the love I knew I deserved, and to force what I thought should happen next to happen. Well, the year is almost over and I realized that I will never try to force anything again. All we can do is change what we can and handle what we can’t with wisdom and kindness. My advice to myself for 2021 is not to force things.”
