In case of non-compliance with the use of a mask in transport, a fine of 135 euros is foreseen. The president did not specify whether the rule will also apply to public places.
As BFMTV points out, the institutions that are considered public receivers (ERP) are listed on the website of the French administration. These are “buildings in which outsiders are allowed to enter.
