Hitting screens on March 29, 2023, Teen Mom UK Next Generation followed the lives of five teenage mothers, including Whitney Lewal.
As seen in the trailer, Whitney was preparing for her perfect delivery. “I want it as white noise. I want a machine with white noise and then as stars. Were you in my room when I had my star machine? It’s like a starry night and the lights are off,” she said.

For example, she thought, “Oh, I want to fully breastfeed for the first few months,” but then she switched to a bottle. “It’s nothing like what you think it will be until you actually give birth,” she added.
As for the first time she realized she was actually just as responsible for someone else as her mother was when her baby was getting his first series of shots. “When I stopped her crying, I realized, ‘My God, I love this child so much.’ I’m like, I’m going to do everything I can to protect him and make sure he’s okay,” she said.
