At halftime of their game against the Los Vegas Raiders on Saturday night, the Pittsburgh Steelers held a somber ceremony to honor Hall of Fame running back Franco Harris, who had his No. 32 retired.
The long-awaited recognition came a day after the 50th anniversary of Harris’ “The Immaculate Reception” in a playoff win over the Raiders, three days after Harris’ death at age 72.
