On her 500th day together, he made her a paleo apple pie and she cried about it. He even took it upon himself to organize a bachelor and bachelorette party for Elyse’s mom and her fiancé. “There were only four of us. Line dancing. In a honky-tonk. I made it,” Elyse recalled.
