Linda Sarsour is a prominent American political activist. She co-chaired the 2017 Women’s March, 2017 Day Without a Woman, and 2019 Women’s March. She was previously the executive director of the Arab American Association of New York. She and the co-presidents of the Women’s March were featured in Time magazine’s “100 Most Influential People” in 2017.
Sarsour, a Palestinian-American Muslim, rose to prominence after voicing her opposition to policing American Muslims. Linda Sarsour is the oldest of seven children born in Brooklyn, New York, to Palestinian immigrants. Although it is not yet certain, it is assumed that Linda was born on May 7, 1980.
