During a match between KPA 123 and KCSA Calicut in the Kerala Premier League, a player takes a catch, but not in the usual way. In fact, he stops the ball when it bounces off his gloves and lands on his back.

The moment is now viral, with several people sharing its videos on different social media platforms. The Mumbai Indians also took to Instagram to share a video of the unusual catch with a caption that read, “And the fielding medal goes…”
The video was shared a day ago. Since then, it has garnered close to 9.1 million views, and the numbers are only growing. The stock also garnered tons of comments from people.
