The show will feature popular home renovation expert, Alison Victoria, who will address the “riskiest and most personal project ever” transforming his Chicago office into his dream home. The special limited series has only three episodes in total, which will be released every other Tuesday.

“Renovation expert Alison Victoria of Rehabilitation of the windy city is transforming his current Chicago office, a 6,700-square-foot warehouse built in 1927, into his own home.”
Alison Victoria is back with a new show on HGTV where she turns some old properties around and sells them for a profit. new show, Windy City Rehab: Alison’s Dream Home, however, it will show Alison renovating her current Chicago office, a 6,700-square-foot warehouse built in 1927, into her dream home.
The three-episode series follows the process of converting the home, expanding the land design, and renovating the building to construct a custom chef’s kitchen, fitness center, master suite, great room, theater, and year-round spa connected to the courtyard.
HGTV head of content Loren Ruch said:
“Alison inspires legions of fans with her endless creativity and clever renovations at Windy City Rehab, so having her take us behind the scenes on her own home adventure is a huge win for the network. We have no doubt that she will draw millions of viewers to see her tackle her most personal makeover.”
The network has not released any teasers or trailers. Windy City Rehab: Alison’s Dream Home but Alison sure has work to do. In the first episode titled designing a dream Alison will discover that there is no money for a big project and everything could turn into a big loss.

Alison Victoria, 41, is a native of Chicago, Illinois, and is known for her amazing home renovation skills. she hosted kitchen breakers from 2011-16, diy Insider, and Rock the block. Victoria was the first host of the hit series. crasher and owns Alison Victoria Interiors.
Alison went to the University of Nevada Las Vegas and began her renovation career by becoming the youngest member of Christopher Homes. In 2020, Alison found herself in serious legal trouble because her business partner, Donovan Eckhardt, mismanaged finances at Rehabilitation of the Windy City.
He spent $700,000 out of his own pocket to pay the contractors because Donovan didn’t return any of his phone calls. She dissolved the partnership after an audit revealed that he was sending money from work to her own company.
Alison has since competed on HGTV battle on the beach, hgtv dream house, and Christmas at the White House. Victoria is known for her modern home interiors and her use of stylish patterns, keeping a tight budget in mind and ensuring work is completed ahead of schedule.
He is a regular contributor to many non-governmental organizations, including the Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Nevada SPCA) and PAWS Chicago.
