The bird was part of an optical illusion circulating on TikTok and was hidden in plain sight.

Tyler (@thatsnakeguy) showed off the wooded area in a video posted on the social media platform.
“Can you spot the hidden screech owl?” Read the text.
At first glance, it seemed to be a tree and nothing else.
“I promise it’s not behind [profile picture] this time,” Tyler hinted. “Let us know if you find him in time.”
Then, after zooming through the leaves, the owl became exposed to the onlookers.
The video attracted many viewers who shared their thoughts in the comments section.
“Found it right away,” wrote one.
“Love this. Haven’t seen it,” added another. “Can’t wait for more of these.”
