Is your Bitmoji feeling lonely? Well, with Bitmoji’s latest update, it doesn’t have to anymore. Using the new Friendmojis feature, you can send stickers that combine your own Bitmoji with your friends’ creations.

Originally available in the Snapchat app, users will now have access to Friendmojis within the iOS Bitmoji keyboard. Instead of only being able to send stickers via a Snapchat message, you’ll now be able to send them via an iMessage conversation as well.

To begin with, you need to verify that your Bitmoji was created through the Bitmoji app. When you’re done, link your avatar to your Snapchat account by tapping the Profile icon in the top left corner of the Snapchat app. You will then see an option to add your Bitmoji.

In order to use this feature, you must ensure that you are always signed in to Bitmoji via Snapchat. Friendmoji specifically use your Snapchat network to combine stickers based on who you’re chatting with in iMessage. This means you also need to add that person as a friend on Snapchat beforehand — if you’re not already friends on the app.

To start sharing Friendmoji within a conversation, tap the friend icon located in the upper right corner of the Bitmoji keyboard. You’ll then be able to select or search from a list of Snapchat friends to choose from, which will then provide you with combined sticker choices based on who you choose.

In Snapchat, Friendmojis are more of a hidden feature — since they’re only available to those who have their Bitmojis set up and linked to their accounts. A few months ago, Snapchat also added 3D Friendmojis that let you turn yourself and a friend into an augmented reality filter.

To use the feature while on Snapchat, all you have to do is open a chat and access the camera — but make sure it’s on the back. Then tap the screen to open the Lens carousel where you can find your Bitmoji and friends. You will then be able to place Bitmoji wherever you want in your environment.

As for Friendmojis, the new feature will soon be available to all iOS users. The feature is being rolled out slowly over the coming days.
