But this little reptile is not easy to see in its native environment.

He is a master of disguise because he easily blends into the background.

The video comes from Matt Betteridge (@betteridge_sapphires).

He is a sapphire miner from Queensland, Australia and spends a lot of time searching for blue gemstones.

But in pursuit of his work, he also frequently encounters wildlife: “Finding the odd gecko,” he said.

He has an expert eye and is used to finding these small reptiles on his travels.

However, that might be a challenge for the rest of us in this post.

The camera pans around a small area that is dry and dusty, typical of the Australian bush.

There’s a macaklin somewhere on the screen, but can you see it?

Leaves, small sticks and dry soil only increase the difficulty.

This lizard is there, lying very still, well camouflaged.

If you haven’t been able to locate it, don’t worry. We have circled its location in the image below.

He has experience in the production of similar scenes.

Based in Budapest, Hungary, he has created dozens of confusingly frustrating images, like this one.

He has a lot of fun at the expense of the players who create these colorful, humorous pictures.

If you ran out of time and couldn’t find the caterpillars, we’ve circled their location in red below.
