The post continued: “During this time of mourning, fervent and effective prayers are requested for family members, and the family asks that their privacy wishes be honored and respected. Family members sincerely appreciate all the kind words and expressions of love towards Zoe. For those who would like to show additional support, you can click the link above. This grant will help cover Zoe’s medical and burial expenses.”
The family also created a GoFundMe page as he underwent multiple surgeries. The page has raised over $41,220 in donations. He reportedly did not have health insurance.
